These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of StrategicImpactConsulting.com and its related pages (the “Site”), operated by Strategic Impact Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About our services

Strategic Impact Group provides keynotes and speaking, seminars and workshops, and consulting on employee engagement and business and community collaboration. Information on the Site is general and educational. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice for your specific situation.

Any speaking, workshop, or consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content for commercial use without written permission
• Interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or attempt unauthorized access
• Submit false information or impersonate another person

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, frameworks, talk titles, graphics, logos, photographs, and downloadable materials, is owned by Strategic Impact Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. LeadHERship: Inspiring Women Leading with Purpose is published by Action Takers Publishing; rights in the book belong to its publisher and authors.

Free resources, including Gail’s book chapter, are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not resell, republish, or share them publicly without permission.

Booking calls

Booking a conversation through the Site does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to an engagement. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Text messaging terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from Strategic Impact Group, you may receive appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, and, if you separately opt in, event and program updates.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
